What do we know about the Vikings? (Jorvik, historians views of the past)
How did different Anglo-Saxon kings deal with the Vikings? (Athelstan Edgar, Ethelred, and Alfred)

In maths, we will be learning about decimals, shape, money and time as well as consolidating arithmetic skills. We will also be learning the 7 times tables, as well as securing our knowledge of the 2's, 5's, 10's, 3's, 4's 8's, 6's and 9's.
In English, we will be studying all about narratives in relation to the story the Princess who hid in a tree – which is a mythical tale where we will be changing the setting to Cornwall to make it a local narrative. Also, we will delve into some classic literature based on Shakespeare's 'The Tempest.'
